If Got an Error
Explain the steps to take when encountering an error.
Are you utilizing a Virtual Private Network(VPN)?
The probable cause of encountering an error message stating, "Oops, too many login attempts. Please try again later," is an issue with your VPN. Such an occurrence indicates a triggered rate limit error, not due to your personal limit being exceeded, but rather because the IP addresses associated with the VPN are extensively utilized by numerous s.ee users.
To rectify this situation, we suggest the following three alternatives:
- Alter your VPN IP address or endpoint, if feasible (consult your VPN's support documentation for guidance)
- Employ a different VPN service
- Deactivate your VPN
Are you using the correct, primary email address?
Only the primary email address linked to your account is authorized for login purposes, irrespective of any additional verified email addresses you may have added. To modify your primary email address, please refer to the guide on "How to Change Your Email Address."
Are you using the correct password?
Ensure that you are inputting the correct password during the sign-in process. Should you need to reset your password, you may obtain a reset link through the s.ee login page. This link remains valid for a duration of 30 minutes, necessitating a new request thereafter.
Note: The password reset link will be dispatched solely to the primary email address registered with your account.
