所有區塊上傳完成後呼叫，驗證檔案並移至永久儲存空間。

取得上傳進度 GET

傳回大型檔案上傳工作階段的目前進度。

取消大型檔案上傳 DELETE

取消進行中的上傳工作階段並刪除暫存資料。
