Common issues and how to resolve them
"Too many login attempts" Error
This usually happens when using a VPN. The error is triggered because many users share the same VPN IP addresses.
Solutions:
- Change your VPN server or endpoint
- Try a different VPN provider
- Disable your VPN temporarily
Can't Log In
Check your email address: Only your primary email address works for login. Other verified emails on your account won't work.
Check your password: If you forgot your password, request a reset link from the login page. The link expires after 30 minutes.
Note: Password reset emails are sent only to your primary email address.
